Dr Lam is low key (excellent for a person like me who tends to have anxiety around medical professionals) he is very thorough and provides excellent, detailed information. The team in the office is also excellent. Everyone is friendly, personable and they are always on time. I had cataract surgery in early 2023 and could not be happier with my entire experience. Dr Lam is the best!
I do not routinely write reviews, but I found Dr Lam by researching reviews including those on this site. Another ophthalmologist had been treating my dry eye symptoms for three years without much improvement. Dr Lam took his time examining my eyes and listening to my explanation of symptoms to determine a new course of treatment. I am beyond satisfied!

Dr Lam saved my eyesight!! He saw blood in my right eye, and immediately sent me to a retina specialist. My mother went blind due to detached retinas, and his quick action, and referral saved my sight. My retina was detached from 12-6 o'clock and had 7 tears. I kept my vision thanks to his actions. He has also done one (right) eye many years ago for a cataract, and it's doing fantastically even 18 years later! Highly recommend him for any eye related issues. He is thorough, kind, and extremely good at what he does!
