Mud mud everywhere! Grounds are u kept. No electricity all day - no cable - nothing but mud. Roads were disaster. Hugh holes everywhere. U would think that they were just ending a busy season instead of just beginning. There are other camp ground here - stay there

Business response:

Jan Sorry you were unhappy with our park. We had a very bad snow storm and this caused water at sites and the electric to be out. FYI electric was out from Buffalo Wy. all the way to Montana nothing we could do about this. Our elec. was out for about 5 hours elec. company had it back on by 4pm. We have had a bad winter. WE are new owners and doing lots of improvements we already had several loads of gravel hauled in before your stay and so far we have had a total of14 loads and as weather permits we will continue until all s... read more

This was the absolute worse KOA we have ever stayed in. Yes it snowed a little. Wake up. It was Wyoming! Power was out all day. Water out more than half the day. Sites were not even close to level and you had to be sure to straddle the hump between the ruts. Yes no hookups and paid full price. No cable no wifi. It is spring. You would think a little gravel on top of the mud. We were in a large class A diesel pusher sand it looked like we had been mud bogging when we left. Skip it. There is another close by!

Business response:

Julia Sorry you were here for our late winter storm. It was a bad one not small at all causing electric to be out from Montana all the way to Buffalo WY. The snow was very wet and heavy causing water in our sites. We have been working hard to improve this. We already had some gravel hauled in total of 14 loads to date most of A row is completed and part of B row. We are doing our best as new owners to improve our park. This winter we finished our bathroom/shower house remodel. We have new picnic tables at most of the full ho... read more

Bathrooms reeked of raw sewage. Electric tent sites only had a grill and no fire pit. Electric sites are extremely small and near the entrance so all u see are headlights come in and out all nightThe office employees smelled like they were drinking on the job. Dogs everywhere. Thankfully this will be my one and only visit

Business response:

We are sorry for your experience here we have many tent sites and some are by the entrance. We would of been glad to give you a tent site away from the street and not have the glare. The drinking park is not true, we do not allow this at any time what you smelled was the hand sanitizer we use at desk. We are pet friendly and have many dogs on a daily basis but all pets must be leashed. We have a excellent pet policy and a great dog run. Thanks for the review Elizabeth

Nice nestled in KOA. Just off the highway, but not too much noise. Had a tent site with electric, very nice!
