I have been here for around 2 years and absolutely love it. Lorraina helped me out when I was in a really bad situation when I was trying to find a place to live asap. She has been pleasant and accommodating. the area and neighbors surrounding seem to be very safe as well. Maintenance workers and other staff are also very polite
Very nice location.
I couldn't recommend this place more. I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. It's hard to beat the affordability (for slo) and the fact it's pet friendly. Property manager is super nice, maintenance guys are great. on site laundry, a pool, and a well maintained property.
