There is frequent turnover with the office staff, and they are unfriendly. Over a year ago, they used to run on schedule; but now, I wait constantly, even after showing up early. Having to get out of work and waiting 40 minutes for a 10-minute, high-priced office visit is far from pleasing. I don't really have any positive comments.
Dr Sherbondy is a fabulous doctor and I think all the people who write negative reviews are just a negative population of people.
The blonde girl at the front was eating a cheese burger on the desk when i came in. She would not help me with handing a medical release form over because she said she was still on break. I only saw the doctor once for about 2 min in a year and half. All they did was drain my benefits. Stay away from this place
I actually worked for Dr Shane Sherbondy for over 2 years. At first I thought it was a awesome job until I realized the type of people he chose to staff his office prior to me. The insurance supervisor was stealing from him for several years before he and his office manager took the time to figure out where missing money was going. She was eventually let go. SHERBONDY IS A CRIMINAL and ONE OF THE WORST PSYCHIATRISTS IN GREENVILLE. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. My brother saw him for 2 years and he prescribed medication that WORSENED his condition and put him in the hospital twice. Sherbondy DOES NOT CARE about his patients, he does not know how to properly diagnose patients and is NEGLIGENT.
