I thank Dr. Shane Sherbondy for making my life bright again. I was in a very deep depression when I started my visits. He and his staff were very patient with me throughout and when medications would not work, Dr. Sherbondy tested my folic acid (MTHFR), which none of my other doctors even knew about. I was a patient of Dr Sherbondy’s for over ten years. I was suicidal during this time and had a diagnosis of MDD and PTSD. He performed what is called a “Genesight” test on me five years prior to me leaving his practice. He didn’t share the results with me and I trusted him to use those results to help me. Did he? Everyone at this office has went above and beyond to treat me. I came back here from another psychiatrist office where I was mistreated and my well-being was not a priority. Dr. Sherbondy and Keith Turner are amazing. I wouldn't be as happy and healthy as I am without them. I highly recommend going here!

Horrible business. They will rip you off if you are a cash Patient. They will make you come back every 2 weeks to get refills on medicine and each time charge you out the rear. I ran out of my medicine and it took them 4 days before I could get another 14 day supply. Save your money and go see someone else. This is a very crooked business.

Worse office and insurance staff ever. No way to call and speak with one one. Only emails that never get answered. Rude & angry staff. No patient care, just $$

Some of the staff is nice. But every time I come once a month with my $280 there's always something new that comes up. For instance trying to charge me for missing last months payment when clearly I didn't miss any appointment or payment due to my receipts and my prescription that dr. Sherbondy handed to me. Another thing is the price of the treatment I receive. Definitely not worth the money for the 2-3 mins I'm with the doctor unless you count the hour you sit there waiting to even be seen for those 2-3 mins. I do believe... read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sherbondy. He has taken on my husband's case and he ALWAYS ensures that we are seen when we need to be - and his staff is very efficient. It IS difficult sometimes to get someone on the phone -but if you email his staff - they WILL respond. With the number of patients that go through his office each week - we get very personal attention and I can safely say that he has saved my husbands life. He truly cares about his patients and I only pray he stays in practice for another ... read more

I had seen doc Shane shelbony years ago. Lost my insurance so had to stop going over the last 6 years I suffer from ptsd. Depression panic. Attack . things I can't explain I am in trouble so he was a good doc at the time so I call went back over there . saw someone different . I explain my situation to him he wrote me 3 perscrition.
