Booked a newly renovated room, king suite. Got there and was placed in a double, double? Was told the hotel was overbooked and was given a $20 voucher for the bar. I booked my stay almost a month before the day I got there. I didn’t cancel my reservation. I slept terribly, the walls shook when people shut doors, and was as next to the elevator. If i could give a negative star i would, lady knocked on my door at 7am asking when I was going to check out. Then 2 minutes later housekeeping opened my door while I was getting dressed. Very very unprofessional, also pillows are trash and the outside door leakes tons of air to the outside very cold in the room...do better

We came for a company work trip and went to the wrong hotel. The staff there found our reservation at the plaza and directed us how to get there. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and willing to help. He didn't seem bothered by out of towners.

I honestly wasn't pleased with my visit. The bathroom was oddly shaped and small, the beds were not comfortable, the furniture was dingy and worn in places. I wasn't pleased with the $20 breakfast "buffet". The hallway was very dim and the elevator could only fit 3 people at most (not including their luggage). I have to say, my view was nice.
