We had some issues with our reservation yesterday when we arrived on the evening of Thursday, 9/4/25. My wife had reserved the room in February 2025 and showed the front office receptionist the confirmation receipt. The receptionist could not find the reservation and then proceeded to contact Rose, the manager. Rose was extremely pleasant and professional in recognizing that something went wrong with the reservation and immediately offered us a few alternatives for a room to get us situated. What a wonderful place. Beautiful clean rooms. Great staff. Lots of stuff to do in walking distance. Very safe area. Plenty of free parking. Bunch of fun restaurants in walking distance. Huge outdoor area with lots of stuff to do. Fun outdoor pool.
My husband and I stayed at Sheraton, for 4 days , it was great, rooms are beautiful, service was excellent, staff was friendly and willing to make your stay exceptional.
Only aome of the rooms are updated. I just happened to be in a room that was on the first floor (two floors below the lobby) and opened up to the back area, where the pool was. I hadn't been in the other rooms, so I can only speak on this particular room. Everything was gross, dirty, and dusty. I always take lysol wipes to every surface at each hotel I go to, and at this one, almost every lysol wipe came up dirty.
