We stayed for the weekend after New Years Day in room 210 - far enough from the elevator noise. Nice room, comfortable bed, hot shower with strong pressure, good lighting, fridge, HDTV, free wi-fi with access code, free local calls, very tasty hot breakfast, 24hr coffee and fresh apples and oranges, friendly front desk, free parking and good location to shopping, restaurants. Stayed on Marriott Rewards, but price is very reasonable otherwise.
I just stayed at this Fairfield for the second time and it's just great! All of the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. They have a hot breakfast which is very nice. My room was large, very clean and comfortable. I would have liked a firmer pillow but I didn't ask for one so I can't say they didn't have any. I would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn
The stay started with the best customer service at check-in I've had in a long time. The room was clean and the staff took great care of me all week. Amenities were as advertised. I travel to Detroit five times a year for a week at a time and each time I've stayed at a different hotel. I won't stay anywhere else from now one.
I only spent 2 days in Detroit for a wedding but I liked the Fairfield Inn. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds are big and comfy. The staff are sweet and respectful. I would stay here again. I rented a car and was happy to find plenty of parking as well.
First time staying at Fairfield Inn and most certainly will not be my last. The two front desk ladies (Marina/Maria) gave me a tour of the exquisite hotel and made me feel welcomed. Room was big, very clean unlike many other hotels, and peaceful. Also the food was delightful.
We needed a room when our power was out and Marina was very helpful in arranging reservations, she made what was a very stressful time very comforting! Marina made the reservations process very easy. Thank you!!!
