This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Everyone is so kind, they go above and beyond to treat you like honest to god family. All of the other guests I talked to told me they don't go back for Disneyworld, they don't go back for Orlando, they go back for the Sheraton Vistana.
sensational hotel , spent unforgettable and wonderful days in this beautiful place , staff super attentive and friendly . Certainly one of the best hotels in Orlando, or it looked like we were in a hotel, we felt at home !!

Buyer beware! They "accidentally" book you into the villages vice the resort because they are having so much trouble filling them. When you try to switch to the resort they tell you there is nothing available. If you are persistent after several hours they will magically come up with a resort room. Unfortunately I bought 3 weeks here. Non-owners are treated significantly better than owners. Do NOT BUY HERE!
