Villa accommodations impeccable!
we just spent 2 weeks here. Love coming 'home'.
Just did two weeks there, and like every year, what can I say, This resort gets a A+ across the board, from check in to check out, from housekeepings friendliness, to the grounds keeping crew, also friendly, and of course my two favorite employees, Jay and Markos. Thank you Sheraton.
While it looks nice, the service is incredibly disappointing. We upgraded our timeshare and wish we didn't. Room wasn't ready until 6pm, had to change rooms two days later due to flying ants, waited over 3 hours for towels at the main pool and when we went to talk to management they offered us a $40 resort credit! Really?! Insulting! Won't be back!
My parents have a time share there and we go every other year my kids just love it here and so do I so beautiful can't wait till next year !!!
Second time here. The staff can't be any better! Mr. Vlasic is keeping this place in tip top shape. Keep up the excellent work.
