So confused as to why it takes a (Platinum) SPG member 30+++ minutes to check in AFTER waiting in line for quite a bit. Very disappointing.

I hv been a owner here at vistana for over 12 years....Always clean and courteous people who work here...so close to all kinds of shopping and Disney 2blocks away...No complainants here...��
I cannot say enough about this resort! Beautiful resort! Great staff!
This place has lots to enjoy. Restaurants on site, over 7 pools and or parks, bbq if that's what you would like, enjoy the hot tubs or the gym if that's your pleasure or just relax and enjoy your time inside your villa.
We are here now!!!! Love our timeshare. Room was clean and we are in a nice quiet section
