It's very nice. Called housekeeping for extra blankets/etc., and within 10 minutes they were there! Lots to do. Too bad they don't have three bedroom units.
nada que objetar.. no tengo milloned de millas pero de las pocas que tengo están en mi top five de hoteles que concuerdan precio y calidad.. súper recomendable.. gracias al personal que cómo siempre son los únicos responsables q todo salga como lo planeamos..

Our room had a horrible mildew stench, and the room was dirty. Our socks turned black after walking around in the room, a chair had stains, and when I went to look outside, the window was horribly filthy. I wish I could post pictures. From a security standpoint, the sliding door to the balcony would not lock or close properly. In addition, check-in took over 30 minutes. Beautiful place, lots to do , wish we could have spent more time at the resort but Disney kept us busy, stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, huge and my room had a Jacuzzi tub. Kids spent their time in my room.loved it
