As a 30 year owner l love coming to Vistana's resort, as the guard tells you when you arrive "Welcome home". Shout out to Hope Sparks from the VIP Welcome Center from the fountains, she call us weeks before we were scheduled to arrive and made our schedule day so easy, early checkin; lots of great info on all that is available to us as long tome owners. This place has been amazing wonderful apartment pool and staff ���first class treatment �����
Expensive . Check in not memorable Morgan chewing gum ...not pleasant not interested it was our first visit.. pretty poor reception.. Tiki bar pool fantastic.. food awful staff don’t listen ... ai sad as I picked this place on reviews.. obviously not been to many nice places
As an owner of 6 years, 2018 was my first opportunity to visit.... and wow!!! I don’t normally review places but I find them useful when others do, and because of some negative views I thought I’d put pen to paper and give my comments from our Holiday this week. Firstly my villa is amazing. It’s a 2 bedroom on the ground floor in the Palms style.
