Super pool is super cold as well as some others. It’s been like this for at least two days despite being addressed. Wouldn’t have chosen Vistana if we’d known they didn’t keep their pools warm.
RecommendedHave had many wonderful vacations at the Sheraton Vistana Resort!! it is still an amazing place to stay! This resort has never disappointed us. So many wonderful amenities. Such beautiful landscaping year-round. (Holiday resort decorations are enchanting.) Our suites have always been very clean, beautifully designed, and are equipped with everything we could need for a week-long stay.(And such comfortable beds with wonderful bedding) ❤️Looking forward to going back!!

Not very clean ! Very dusty in my room cleaned it my self & I was in VIP 😞
Why has our fees gone up and the services diminished? I left messages for 3 days due to wait time and never received a phone call. I have been an owner for over 30 years and have not visited the resort in 18 years. After a 3.5 hrs hold since I tried connecting 3 times today since 10am spoke to Brandon who I felt really didn't care to help me. What is going on with your time share this is extremely disappointing. I have a huge social media following and will make sure people know what my experience with Vistana has been.
