Your reservation team racially abused me today.. and I am getting a lawyer to deal with this.
I booked a room through Priceline on Friday April 20, 2018, and the Priceline Express booking resulted in your property. The booking resulted in being the worst hotel experience I have ever endeared. I was given a Handicap Accessible room with a bed that was as hard as a rock. I called the front desk and was told the room was not a handicap room and the room was what Priceline had requested (Priceline reservation attached). I asked to be moved to another room. Stay far far away! Old run down dump! Food is awful, there is nothing I can say that is positive except that it’s getting renovated in the summer... NOT SOON ENOUGH!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car got broken into the first night of our stay. Obviously can't blame the hotel for that..... what I DO blame them for is having knowledge of this ongoing problem and doing nothing about it. I heard from desk staff that this kind of thing "happens all the time" and then from management that "it doesn't happen ALL the time but does happen."
