Free computers in some of the rooms. Can also plug in a HDMI video source to send to the TV...
Wifi is super slow (think dialup speeds). Rooms are terribly ugly and old. Club lounge on 20th floor sucks. Don't go here, if you have a choice.
nice staff. room service is from the noodle house downstairs and it was nummy and fast!
Concierge service is lacking
They have free wifi in the rooms and let you print for free in the Business Center! Awesome!
They advertise valet service, but they don't have one. :-X
Very slow elevators. Allow extra time if you have fixed appointments.
A fine establishment, though I asked for a room with a marble hot tub and they had none.
Free printing from your laptop or bring a usb plug. Don't even need to be a hotel guest, it seems.
