Never again Sheraton Palo Alto - $550 a night with torn carpet, mold in bathroom, popcorn ceiling, shower curtain installed 2 inches from spout so the curtain clung to me and thin walls (I could hear people going to the bathroom above me). I was woken at midnight and 2am by loud people in another room and had to call security. $550 a night was their corporate rate for folks working during the week in Silicon Valley, then they lower it to $185 a night for the weekend as no one is there. I went here for mothers day brunch with my family this year. It was absolutely beautiful with SO much delicious food choices! I wish I could eat their yummy brunch every day.
Great place to relax. They could do a bit more poolside wait service but otherwise fine.

I am staying at this hotel for over $300 a night. I put the notice in the door for a green room (don’t was the linens). They didn’t even make the bed. I didn’t just save water (which is what i wanted)I gave them permission to eliminate an hour of work for the minimum in wage workers to straighten up the room. Don’t stay here. Your money is not going to those who work for a living, and they are trying to mask it as sustainability
