Awesome Family Experience!"The staff from check-in to check-out were incredibly courteous. Our room was cozy with a great view, housekeeping was fantastic, and the location is perfect—right next to the falls, attractions, and the water park. Highly recommend!"

I read a ton of reviews before my trip, contemplating this hotel vs one of the Marriotts above Horseshoe Falls, hoping for the best view of the falls and fireworks. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a gamble for this hotel. I booked a high floor superior falls view room months in advance and was "upgraded" as a Platinum member and this was my view. Location is fantastic! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Not pleased with surprise fees. Checked out and was told my credit card was only being charged for 3 days of parking at $50 per night. Was charged $380. Called and was told resort fees and they tried to charge us for 2 extra occupants blaming the booking website. They said they'd adjust it to $201 but was still charged over $300. I also asked multiple times for a bill but was never provided a copy Would recommend otherwise. View from room 260.

My family and I stayed at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel during our trip to Niagara Falls, and unfortunately this stay turned into one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. On the day we arrived, the weather was extremely hot, so as soon as we received our room, we wanted to take showers and freshen up. However, the bathtub was unbelievably slippery.
