The view from this hotel is second to none, and the location is truly prime. As lifetime Platinum members with Marriott, we were very surprised by the lack of hospitality at this property. Upon arrival, we asked the concierge some basic questions about tickets for local attractions and which sites required reservations. She seemed confused by our inquiries and simply handed us a map, offering no further assistance. The pool staff appeared inconvenienced when we asked for drinks. Worst hotel ive been to, considering the money i paid the rooms a.c did not work and the fridge, there was no conditioner in shower. I complained and they moved me to a rm on the 2 nd floor. I was expecting a small credit back considering they ruined my family vacation.
