Loved our stay here. Hotel is the total package - clean, safe in a good area, and kept up right. Breakfast was good and Miss Linda was amazing to assist us throughout it. She really goes the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant breakfast experience.
I get to hotel late at night after a long day's travel only to be told that there was a glitch in the system and they booked me for a worse hotel 15 minutes away.... Awful! Totally ruined my entire trip... No call, just an "OH btw".
Booked at this hotel three weeks in advance of my stay. Then, the night before my stay got all checked in on the app, got all the welcome emails indicating they were expecting my stay with them. Then very last minute I got an email stating that they could not accommodate my reservation due to a glitch in their reservation system.
