Bed bugs. Hair in room service. Disgusting hotel. Edit: Hotel’s response regarding “thorough investigation” was posted just a few hours after my review. I’m sure it was *very* thorough.
We stayed the weekend here and loved it! The hotel, room, and pool were all very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My 8 and 9 year old boys loved the shower so much that they were begging to take one last one before we left. To top it off, the staff here were full of smiles and kindness. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.
The service was HORRIBLE I stayed there this past Saturday and did not get any relaxation or comfort here due to kids playing on the doors all night banging down the halls and the doors I called front staff multiple times for them to say they were sending security and it continued from 11pm until 3am no accommodation no nothing I paid to much money for this inconvenience.
