Horrible Place to Stay! – I was embarrassed for the staff at this hotel. I made my reservations 3 months in advance for a Nov 24-26, 08 vacation. I called the hotel direct to find out what parking costs were and where the parking was in relation to the hotel. I was told $9 a day and parking directly below the hotel, no walking except to the elevator. I thought it was a good deal so I booked directly through the hotel site and specifically requested a room AWAY from the elevators. I got my next credit card statement for Sept.... read more

Please be aware that if you choose to stay here, the hotel will 'nickel and dime' you throughout your visit. For example, there is no continental breakfast provided. The basic breakfast - a bowl of cereal and a glass of juice is $24.00 ($17.00 + 3.00 room delivery fee + 20% mandatory gratuity). Great conference facilities. – Conference facilities were spacious, however very spread out. Make sure you tour the facilities before booking.
it doesn't get any better than this – i was visiting atlanta for the very first time during labor day weekend and was treated royally. i was very impressed with the VIP suite--kingsize bed, sofabed, 2 tvs, corner desk w/executive leather chair, and mini-sized boardroom round glasstop table w/ 4 other leather executive chairs. the room also had internet access and a multi-pressure showerhead in the bathroom. great service with friendly staff, great location downtown, and an all-around luxurious place to stay while visiting 't... read more
