Got there late at night so all I wanted to do is shower and go to bed.. I went to pee before I showered and the toilet started leaking from the tank... Called them maintenance came did what he did he was very helpful n respectful.. He cleaned the area by using a wet vac and a fan to dry the carpet.. However that didnt do the trick,. The toilet wasn't flushing we had to use the trash receptacles to flush the toilet.. Because it wasn't flushing.. We stayed from 3/23-3/24. The hotel was easy to find. I was so surprised to find that valet parking for $45 was the only option for the hotel. I was advised to park across the street for $15 (no in and out). I paid $40 for a 1 day stay. The smell of urine was unbearable. You must be on guard walking on the streets and through the parking lot. The night of 3/23, there was security in the parking lot because of the bar patrons and large crowds. I honestly tried to cancel my reservation after I saw the reviews but this hotel was totally fine. The biggest complaint seemed to be the valet parking, which you can avoid by parking in a garage.(there are several nearby, we liked 227 Courtland St) the location was fine/comfortable for downtown ATL,. the room was clean and the front desk nice. I think some of y’all have just never been to Atlanta before.
Got there Friday night after a 10hr drive . To find out there is no space in valet parking.. Had to park across the street in a parking garage smelling like stale urine.. Lots of weird activities going on outside INFRONT of the hotel. There is a bar and a. Liquor store literally right INFRONT the hotel smh.. Over priced for no. Logical I reason.. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
