Nice hotel, decent costumer service. Super convenient for the convention center and Ranger stadium. Walls are a little thin, seems like you hear every little noise. The food is really good, the bar selections is pretty comprehensive too!
Very comfortable and clean hotel. Restaurant has great food. Parking is great. Cold Air. Overall this is a excellent.
We were here for a classic car show. The parking is a crazy mess. The hotel has no actual parking lot. The lot is share by all the stadiums and owned by the city where they can charge 20 per car for parking. We had no parking spots since the rangers were playing!! They were the host hotel for the car show. Expensive classics and no designated parking?? The also had a wedding at the propert and the guest had no parking. Maid service is lacking too. Very pricey for what you get!! I would pass
The first room was very dirty and smelly, they gave me keys to other rooms and they were all bad, some moldy, some smelled musty, they were dirty until I got a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I have photos that prove what I saw ... the same ones I showed to the staff and they could not believe it ... this has been my worst experience at a Sheraton
Watch your things. The house keeper was going through my suitcase , management said she has been employed there for a long time so it ok!!! Really. Honesty goes a long way! Time to change all of my cards.
