This review is from my personal experience living here...for 15 months. The apartments are “ok”. They’re older and unfortunately they’ve not been upgraded in a really long time. Single pane windows that rattle when you open and close a bedroom door. Also they leak air, cold and hot. There’s appliances that are by no means state of the art or energy efficient , but they do get the job done. No central heat and air but the wall air conditioning unit cools the front room off pretty well. The bug problem goes away in the winter ... read more
