I am LIVID. My daughter *just* moved in a week ago. She took a shower last week and then left to come home to get the rest of her stuff. When she went back yesterday THIS was the state of her bathroom!!!! Maintenance is just gonna "paint over it" and told her she needs to just shower with the door open. If they don't have another unit I'm going to lose my shit. What a deplorable way to treat your tenant! What kind of solution is "just paint over mold" Disgusting. Disgraceful.
Be very wary of the "bedbug addendum" in the lease. Found a bedbug one month after moving in. It took Paula and Victor two weeks to have my apartment treated- and they charged me $1500 with zero explanation as to what I was paying for. Invoice only said "1 bed bug treatment." My apartment is still coated in thick chemical residue two months later, as they continue to ignore my calls and emails, requesting information on what was sprayed and how to safely clean the residue. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The management is not only rude but do not answer or help with any of your concerns. I had an ill women living next door who screamed & threatened people on the 3rd floor constantly. I brought it to Paula Simpson attention & instead of handling it, she cussed me out. My ac was out, never heard from maintenance. I had to move out from the conditions of this place
