I was given a tour by Jerry who was super helpful. He was honest with me when I asked questions and made me super enthusiastic to want to move in. Every member of the staff has been friendly and helpful. The price is great for an apartment that gives me a beautiful view of the sunrise, has extensive closet space, a great staff, and is located in a great neighborhood right next to a coffee shop. The laundromat is really gross. The machines need to have a clean cycle ran through. And that’s if you can’t find one that works. Literally 22 machines in here and 5 of them work! *check the video* The only thing this place has going for them is the location. And they know that so they are not going to upgrade them. Either the doors are off or they put tape over the card reader so you’ll have to wait some days.
