From the moment they answered the phone at 3:20 on a Saturday afternoon when I called about needing red stone, they were So helpful and courteous on the phone. They close at 4 on saturdays and I said my son would be close to that time getting there to pick up their wonderful priced stone I couldn’t find anywhere that day. They waited for my son. I was mislead by one of the Office Ladies, then delivery was incorrect based on the conversation. They declined to correct there error and blamed me for the it. Very unprofessional operation
Delivery was on time and the driver was extra careful not to drive on our grass. The mulch was great quality as usual. Thank you Shep’s Yard!

Wow! Customer Service is alive and well in PA!!! From placing my order with Lexi to the delivery and install by Aaron and Andrew. Andrew moved boulders like an artist. I can’t say anything but positive comments. Their products are high quality and the staff is Amazing. I purchased crushed stone, super soil, mulch and some nice boulders. All were perfect and clean.
