I currently receive treatment from Shepherd Pratt via Zoom.
Came here before,I don't know if things changed but I don't like the lack of organization I had tried to get help for someone I was caring for that was school aged where the police escorted us there later I called in to see if I can schedule a appointment they lied to say the person was never seen there before but yet I had someone from the school system and a escorting officer with me the day or registering.
Been here for 5 years and they have truly helped me. I love my therapist and she is truly dedicated to my treatment plan and goals. If you are seeking help, try here first.
How to begin? I was a mess after the loss of my brother but Sheppard Pratt mainly my therapist and my then psychiatrist gave me hope. With my daughter in my ear about the meds they prescribed I was getting better. I’m progressing and moving into safe space mentally and emotionally but have a ways to go. I believe I will not be fully recovered but enough to spite my self peace again.
