The community here is great! I loved the team that worked with me and I definitely learned a lot!
Terrific and wonderful providers. It was a very rewarding experience. I learned a lot about anxiety and how to deal with others. Plus I got a psychiatrist to review my medications. He took me off two and added a new one to help with sleep. My only problem was the drive back and forth. I live near Manchester in Carroll county.
I was able to work on many current and past issues I had not resolved in a safe knowledgeable environment.
The culture at Shelter Pratt is such a nice place to learn and heal. All of the staff are professional, respectful and in harmony with one another and the clients.
Sheppard Pratt served me well as both a therapeutic service and as a much needed bridge from my in-patient experience. The staff--Felicia, Ope, Trevor, and Trinity--were all amazing during my stay and helped me to move forward on my journey to better mental health.
