The culture at Shelter Pratt is such a nice place to learn and heal. All of the staff are professional, respectful and in harmony with one another and the clients.
Sheppard Pratt served me well as both a therapeutic service and as a much needed bridge from my in-patient experience. The staff--Felicia, Ope, Trevor, and Trinity--were all amazing during my stay and helped me to move forward on my journey to better mental health.
I’ve been a patient at Sheppard Pratt, both impatient and day hospital for many years. It has always been extremely caring and helpful to me.
