RecommendedI like the new and remodled facilites. The pool and play ground are always clean. Having washers and dryers on site is awesome! The resident events are awesome! Its hard to find properties this involved with their tennants.
The management and the maintenance are freindly and easy to talk to. The price is right and they have a great little dog park, big pool and a nice barbecue area which makes it perfect for the summer time. Haven't had any issues with any neighbors either. Already going on our 3rd lease!
I love living here its quiet, pet friendly, they have a dog park and barbecue area and a really nice pool. I reccomend if you're looking for a place to call home you won't be disappointed! The manager is very nice. and maintenance is awesome!!
The new property manager is very sweet and friendly. She goes out of her way to make a connection with the residents and make them feel like more than just an apartment number. I really like the apartment it’s very nice. The neighbors are great and the complex as a whole is clean. I really like the inclusive monthly events. They definitely make you feel like part of a community.
My family moved into Sheppard's Edge Apartments November of 2018. We love our apartment and they seem to handle any problems we have quickly. All staff that we have met treat us with kindness and respect. We also love the community events they host once a month that allow us to meet our neighbors.
I called Tischia last minute needing an apartment the SAME day. Even though she was extremely busy that day and had a million things going on she still helped me out and got me into an amazing apartment that day. She is so friendly and outgoing. The best property manager I have ever come in contact with by far!

Actually, she makes customer service her top priority, and comes from a community in which she has excellent relationships with her tenants. We treat all residents and prospects the same, which is with great respect. We do not tolerate verbal abuse, especially curse words directed at the staff.
