The staff here are SERIOUSLY the SWEETEST!!! Anytime I’ve had something wrong Maintence is literally there in less then 5 minutes to fix it!! I’ve never had such amazing service before and I can not get over it! I’m in love with my apartment, it is hugeeee and is sooo cute for such a reasonable price!! I would and do recommend Sheppard’s Edge to everyone looking for a safe, clean, and well maintained place to call home!!
Maintenance man is the hardest working man in the business, definitely deserves a raise. The office staff is courteous and attentive to residence needs.
Me and my girlfriend love this place the place is super awesome manger outstanding couldn’t be anymore happier quick and easy to move in five stars across the board great floor plans

I have been here for a long time. The management is great. The maintenance works hard and the main guy is on cal almost 24 hrs. He loses time with his family for the hard work he does. The staff is great. Please remember these building have been here since the 70s. They are up-to-date on appliances and such. A great plce to live.
Very friendly staff, love the apartment, grounds nice and kept up with. No issues. Amazing place to live! Recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment.
