Dr.Shepherd & her staff are amazing! Any 1st time mom will tell you that your going to freak out and call the doctor way more than you should lol! Well after loosing our 1st son, I was extremely overly cautious/slightly paranoid when our son would show any symptoms but Dr.Shepherd and her staff eased my fears. Never once did they seem annoyed or bothered with me and my million questions. Thank y’all!
God bless Dr Kabaka for his great work in my life, I was diagnosed with Herpes virus for years and I was taking my medications, I wasn't satisfied i needed to get the Virus out of my system, I searched about some possible cure for herpes virus i saw a comment about Dr Kabaka how he cured Meniere Disease with his herbal medicine, I contacted him and he guided me. My kids have gone here since they were babies and I could not ask for a better dr or staff to keep my kids healthy and help them when they are sick
Only seen Dr. Shepherd once and we usually see her PA Erica. We saw Erica for this appointment and both my husband and I left feeling like the appointment did not meet our expectations. Therefore we have decided to switch pediatricians. I have informed the office about my concern.
Usually I have a great experience here, but am extremely disappointed today. I had an appt at 11:15 and they had given my child a strep and flu test. I was told specifically that I would be getting a call back at 1pm after lunch with results. Called at 2:30 as I had not received a call, was told results were negative, but they would call in an antibiotic for him. I called at 4 as the pharmacy had still not received a prescription and was told that the prescription would definitely be called in by the end of day. It is 6:30 a... read more
Dr Shepherd is very kind and patient and takes the extra time to address all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to friends and family.
