I contacted this company to install two ceiling fans. The technicians arrived early which was great for me. They greeted me, introduced themselves, and informed me of why they were there. They went to work and in a short time one of the technicians was showing me how to operate the remote. The other technician was in the bedroom working on that installation. Ray was very knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure my electrical issue was resolved.
The fan and the light was working prior to the arrival of the technician. I wanted an estimate because the fan was wobbling. The technician disassembled the wiring and the fan. He made some adjustments put everything back together and the lights worked. However, the fan did not. He did more troubleshooting to include checking the wall switch and the outcome was the same.
