Got a quote from them back in March. We were told that it would be a few weeks to schedule us due to the emergency tree removals from the storms we were having in the area. Called several times over the course of almost 4 months to get us scheduled. Kept getting told every time that they would call us in the next couple weeks until a couple days ago when we called the last few times and got no response. They are highly unreliable. Do not recommend
Would highly recommend Shepard’s Tree Removal. Ron was very good at communicating cost, what I could expect and when him and his team would show up. They showed up and removed a huge tree limb that was still attached to the tree, wrapped in cable lines, lingering over the neighbors fence and covering a majority of our garage. This job was certainly not an easy one and they had the limb off the garage without any issues within an hour, cleaned everything up and they were out of there. Shepherd’s is our first call for tree problems. Knowledgeable , super efficient and neatly cleaned up after. They all work like a well oiled machine. The team work is exemplary.
They did a fabulous job!
Owner was very RUDE. Do not recommend, unless you want to be treated poorly.
