The new manager Vanessa and her maintenance crew our Awesome. However the property is very outdated. No automatic door system buzzard are old, Outdated and low quality fixtures, out dated appliances ( old refrigerator) no dishwasher closets doors are metal come off tract when opened, sliding doors permanently fixed shut on one side, hard to open, and sliding doors old never updated since 1979, Limited amenities, out dated cabinet, and bathroom, small, poor, lighting at night, no play area for children. The owners should really think about switching to a different company to run the property. This place could be very nice if things were to get switched up. The maintenance staff will sit and hit all day the office staff is not Organized at all and still uses paper work orders. Which let's the maintenance staff say "They never got the request". It's a shame to see such Potential go to waste. I worked there for 3 months and I had to show the maintenance manger EVERYTHING.
