So I had a computer update on my crv the other day. Went to start my car 2 days later and the battery was dead. Charged it and went to AutoZone and when he checked It he thought the car was running because the battery was draining but it was off. Said the battery was good. Very friendly, service was impeccable. Don't go anywhere eles!
After having multiple terrible experiences at the Honda Dealership in New Castle, it was refreshing to go back to a dealership who cares about its customers and isn't just after the almighty dollar. We visited the service department and we were pleasantly surprised. There were no hidden charges or people trying to pressure you into services you didn't need. They had a nice waiting room with doughnuts, and they even complimented my kids behavior. Prices were reasonable for a dealership. We will be back.
