Had a wonderful visit today! Fast, friendly and efficient! My 6 year old was completely comfortable and had a great experience!
My son just had his first appointment with Dr.Gibson and it was wonderful! The staff is friendly and very attentive. It was a great experience!
After having a horrible experience at another local pediatric dentist a couple years ago, I brought my 5 year old here for her check up today and it was wonderful! Both the hygienist and the dentist took their time to make my daughter feel comfortable and I can't express how grateful I was for that. They did a great job and we will definitely be returning in the future. Very highly recommended! :-)
The service and care given to my two sons exceeded my expectations. This dentist office is not like the rest. Very classy super clean and kid friendly. The decor is very soft and peaceful and inviting for children. The staff are genuinely helpful and kind. Dr. Gibson care for my children went beyond just their teeth. She is talented and fabulous! My son calls her the pretty dentist!
You fill out the new patient paperwork online at your convenience (not reigning wild kids in the office while you fill out 15 pages of paperwork!) An easy to find, convenient, newer building. Super clean, ADORABLE waiting room with toys, a tee-pee, and more! We walked in, I barely sat down, and got called right back. My daughter is extremely shy and has had bad experiences with previous dentists and the entire team made her feel so comfortable. She left happy and excited to come back. I'm so happy to have finally found I place I can trust and that she enjoys going to:)
Dr. Gibson is one of the most talented doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is incredibly skilled and genuine when it comes to working with patients! It is so exciting to have someone like her working in Winchester, and I'm proud to be part of her team!
The staff at Shenandoah Smiles is amazing. Everyone was so nice and patient, even when my five year old refused to cooperate! I would definitely recommend them!
Took my terrified twins and my 4 yr old for their first visits this past week. Dr Gibson and her staff were absolutely fantastic with them.
