Dr Gibson & her staff is AMAZING! Last year we had such a bad experience with another office and Dr Hancock recommended this office.... Im so very grateful! My 3 yr old has "dr fever" and was scared but the young ladies helped us work around his fears and got his first cleaning in! They were absolutely wonderful, full of energy & full of education that even after being a mommy twice it's always good to know! I cant say THANK YOU enough! HIGHLY recommended! See you in 6 months!
Our first trip to the dentist was absolutely amazing!! Miss Katherine did such a wonderful job explaining all the fun tools to my son and Dr Gibson was an absolute sweetheart. The office was so entertaining that my son didn't want to leave at the end!! Thank you for making our appointment so enjoyable!!!
What had me so worried about my 3 year already needing dental work and being referred to a special pediatric dentist, turned out to be very reassuring. After he was seen yesterday and going over everything I feel he is in great hands. After crying at the family dentist I was so worried he was already dreading going to the dentist. Today when brushing his teeth he asked when does he get to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!

Amazing facility!! I was so nervous about my kids first visit but it went great! So very understanding and patient! I'm very happy with my decision to bring them here!!!

Excellent facility :) Very patient and understanding staff willing to accommodate to your child's individual needs. We have had great experiences with general check ups/cleanings as well as other dental procedures involving anesthesia. Play rooms in both waiting/exam areas, tv screens above exam chairs, and of course goodies when your child is ready to go! Both boys were excited to get a quarter for the "toy tower" when we left today. Shenandoah Smiles is great :) Makes going to the dentist a lot less scary :)
I've never been to a dentist office that's treats kids the way they do their. Very friendly staff and very helpful. We traveled over an hour to go their and it was the best decision my wife made.
