Did a diagnostic on my car so I felt safe getting on 81. Peace of mind super friendly and very considerate. After a really rough week they were just what I needed. Two big thumbs up.
Blew out the radiator in my Jeep Wrangler 4-wheeling in the George Washington National Forest. Called Shenandoah and they said they could replace the radiator that day. They got it done in a couple of hours and .also found some deteriorated hoses that they replaced. Additionally, they gave us a loaner car so we could get lunch and run errands. I was in a bind going from Chesapeake Va. to Cleveland when my Ford Escape (an oldie but a goodie) popped a spark plug and really messed things up. I had it towed to SAS and left it there overnight (it was Memorial Day). The next morning they started working on it (which was quite extensive) and had it back up and running in just one day. OMG Have lived in the area for over 50 years having dealt with various repair shops. Thought I would try Shenandoah since it is so close to my home. Simple inspection...license lens broken and bulb replacement. They called and told me of this but also suggested brake and steering fluids to be topped off. OK why not. $351 later they had flushed both and provided additional support that was never discussed or quoted! Are you kidding! How do they take advantage of our youth, college kids, single moms?
