I love living here! Erin is a great landlord and always there if you need anything. I wish I could stay another year here. Clean and reasonably prized apartments are hard to come by. Highly recommend!!

Great apartments, reasonably priced - especially for being pretty spacious and somewhat close to downtown. It's near the bike trail and the arboretum - awesome for walks, runs, and bike rides. Management is good and so is maintenance. Only real downside is lack of central air (but they supply a wall unit). Hidden gem for sure!
This was my favorite management I’ve ever rented from! They’re kind and incredibly responsive. The apartments are extremely well maintained and priced fairly, especially for Madison. Maintenance requests were often addressed the same day as I submitted them. There is a DISHWASHER. If they allowed pets I never would have moved out. Regarding noise: I lived on the second floor, so I can’t speak to creaking of upstairs neighbors, but even living right next to the stairwell/lobby there wasn’t a lot of noise.
