Let me start by saying that I adore Ladonna and would have continued seeing her if she were fortunate enough to be in a different facility. The scheduling in this facility is in my opinion geared towards the revenue and not towards patient satisfaction. I have waited close to 2 hours in the exam room in my experiences there. This in mind and after arriving 1 1/2 minutes after the late arrival time allowance to be told I would have to reschedule definitely confirmed my thoughts of alternate care
Poor timeliness of medication refills. Ran out of serious medication due to lack of communication between staff. Have been to the office many times since 2007. That was where i get my maintenance medications. I was told at my appointment. I couldn't be seen even as a selfpay cash patient by office staff because of my type of insurance plan. I had been sick for 4 days. Turned out to be bronchitis. Currently looking for a new MD!
