Long waits. Med assistant gives medical advice stating she is "just like a nurse".
U can't find a better doctor he took his time with me, explained everything, answered all questions w/concern 2know that I understood. I am lucky 2have found Dr. Shen ! Office staff is lacking!!
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Avoid this place at all cost!
He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He actually cares and spends time with his patients
Dr. Shen is amazing from his knowledge base to his bedside manner, you won't find a better physician than him. He listens to his patients and makes you feel comfortable and safe. I have never felt rushed or like I was just a other patient. I highly recommend him.
Plan on waiting 3 plus hours...at least 1.5 in the lobby and another 1.5 in the exam room....i talked to regulars in the lobby and they said it's always like this. I kept asking the staff how much longer and they would not answer....just there are X number of people in front of you....worst run office I have ever seen.
Happened to be sick and needed to see doctor right away. Had 2pm appointment, at 4pm had seen no one with 2 trips to the window to talk to clerk who did not care, after another half hour demanded money back, it was returned, told her to cancel appointment for next month, will find another doctor who cares.
In private practice, Dr. Shen is 1 of the best. Thorough with Rx's, med. history, reports, etc. Answers questions, explains treatment plans & TAKES TIME WITH HIS PATIENTS. He & his partners, Dr. Dee and Dr. LaDonna, are RARE FIND in today's medical world. But it's his OFFICE STAFF! Fail to follow up or follow thru with Dr's instr. Call Patients back? Forget it! Put calls on hold & forget! Finally hang up & call back, we're sorry, closed for lunch! 5 stars for 3 Dr's 1 star for office staff
lack of respect with followthru with patients when doctor recommends an appt with specialty doctors... nurses are lacking within callbacks with such situations... not sure what going on but am looking elsewhere with a primary... was told of this when we moved here from Dallas area 6 yrs ago.... be going to Highland clinic in Shreveport.... have to watch out for myself as my husband... sad day for the medical field that I rely on ...
