Good value for the money. – It's a funny hotel: Old, a little run down, in an odd ethnic neighborhood....and yet it's not a bad place. The sheets are clean, the bathroom is clean and the air conditioner works. The neighborhood is ethnic, but not bad. I walked down to the 7-11 at midnight without issue, and the folks who passed me even said hello as I passed. The only bad thing I can say is it's a tad noisy in the morning.
