I thought Shelly Wray was a good match. Then I received a letter saying they were closing and wouldn't be able to fill prescriptions even. But the last line said she was going to continue her practice in the area. Shelly herself but her new front desk lady is very very rude and hung up in my face for asking when can I get my medical records for my life insurance policy! As sweet as Shelly is I really don’t think she would like to know her new front desk lady is treating patients that way!!!!!!!!!
Shelly Wray,NP is seriously amazing! She actually takes her time, listens, and really cares about what you have to say. I’ve seen a lot of doctors before, but no one has ever explained things as clearly as she does. Her whole staff is great too, super friendly and helpful. They never rush you and make you feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!
As a local pharmacist, I recently reached out to this provider’s office to help one of our mutual patients who was confused about the location of her prescription. We hadn’t received it at our pharmacy, so I called to clarify where it had been sent. Unfortunately, the response I received was extremely unprofessional. I had been going here for years unfortunately recently I had to change at the last minute because supposedly an employee that worked there was not doing her job is what I was told so they said I owed hundred of dollars. I told them I would have paid if I knew I owed money, I had insurance as well. Unfortunately they did not agree to work with me and I'm so hurt that this has become an issue.
