great customer service, professional, took their time.
My account was given to these people by bank of america with no reasoning or notice. Now I have to deal with these people and have been trying to make payments and they ask me to forward them my Deceased aunt's death certificate and the paper work 7 times now. Bank of america had all this information on record why don't they. Now the account has fallen past due because they can't talk to me.
