RecommendedHands down the best auto transaction ever! We live in San Antonio. Started with an amazing phone call with Frank who held the truck for us. We got there and he was even nicer in person. We were able to get the truck checked out by a mechanic and the owner got some minor things fixed for us. I recently purchased an automobile from Shelley's via Cars.com. Les, Frank, and Yolanda were very helpful and took time to respond, take many pictures, and provide support. The purchase was 100 percent online, and shipped long distance. They represented the car well, and was as described. It took about 3 to 4 weeks from start to car in my driveway.
Definitely the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone worked above and beyond to get me the most for my trade in. They were genuine and honest. I will definitely be going back here for future needs.

Went here and bought a car for my wife and had some issues shortly after buying the car. This company went above and beyond the call and worked with me at no cost to address my problems. There staff are amazing and the owners were solid and very helpful at explaining everything. Frank also is an amazing salesman who was patient and worked with me on the cars I looked at and was upfront and honest about the things he knew and made sure my court and happiness was at the forefront the entire process.
