Avoid Dr. Shelley Nelson if you can! I originally chose her because she had good reviews. However, she has a horrible bedside manner and does a terrible job answering questions, leaving me wondering how much she remembers from med school. She also gives the impression she knows more than you about your child simply because she is a doctor. It is also difficult to get an appointment. Thankfully, I have found a wonderful doctor at another practice who listens, communicates and is very knowledgeable. I recommend going elsewhere... read more
