I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Tretter can be rude and condescending. Treatment is S-L-O-W and she doesn't stand behind her work. When they are out of braces she uses a "permanent retainer" that breaks or becomes unattached several times a year and then charges $100+ to fix it. My kids teeth have moved (a lot) and I was told by Dr. Shelley Tretter that it was their fault and was charged more to fix them. Unfortunately, they're still crooked and I am left very frustrated. Getting braces at 44 was not something I ever thought I'd be doing. My experience has been Wonderful! LOve these Ladies;)
Shelley can be condescending and unprofessional. She has repeatedly spoken to my daughter in a rude manner which is even more ridiculous after the fact that she has had my daughter wearing braces for over six years. She once told my daughter that her treatment was costing HER a fortune. I do not recommend her whatsoever and I know that there are many other qualified orthodontists in the area who can do a much better job in terms of length of treatment and customer service.
Braces. She can be condescending at times and it seems like she cares more about the money than about the care of her patient. Her staff is reasonably nice.
