Terrible, terrible Orthodontist!! Doesn’t Stand behind her work when things don’t go as planned. Installed a “permanent retainer” that was (admittedly) faulty and turned around and charged us 3 X’s to replace it. Accused my kids of failure to take care of their teeth (no truth to that) when they failed to fall into place and stay there. Worst personality I’ve ever run across and insulting at every level. Run don’t walk to another Orthodontist if you want Good results. Shelly Tretter is not for you!!
RecommendedI found dr. Tretter & team as an adult patient needing ortho in order to get a dental implant so I could finish with veneers and finally have the smile of my dreams. I came in desperate for something discrete but effective and this team was expert in helping me find a solution in lingual braces. I can’t thank or recommend them enough - they’re patient ladies with tons of experience who were there for me each step of the way. Thank you Tretter team for my new smile 😀

Dr. Tretter has treated both of my children. One with traditional braces and the other with Invisalign. Both of my kids had wonderful experiences with her as their doctor, and their smiles look amazing now. I had used my dentist for Invisalign some years ago and the results were not what I was expecting. Dr. Tretter and her staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable yet you know you are receiving a superior, professional service. I had braces later in life (50s) and could not be happier with how my appearance improved and my dental health improved with orthodontics.

Amazing soft spoken genius who changed the smiles of my 3 children
Terrible! did a faulty job on my mouth and refused to fix it! Permanent retainer popped out twice, due to her bad work and I was charged to get it fixed, finally I just pulled it out myself the last time, I am DONE giving this scammer money! It has been like having ransom ware in my mouth being forced to pay to continue fixing bad work.
