Today I pulled in at 8:01am with a dead battery. Jim and team tested the battery, sent me inside to purchase new battery (recognizing manufacturer discount) and by time I got my receipt my truck was out front waiting for me by 8:09am. Personable, friendly courteous staff. Quick and clean service. Fair pricing. Rapid Lube does not say enough about how efficient this group operates. Highly recommended!!!💪🏻💥
Not only do you get great service, but you get great value. The icing on the cake is that THEY GENUINELY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - no BS, no gouging - you can expect honesty, friendly service, and a job well done! Shell Rapid Lube is fantastic! We take our cars on a regular basis. Oil changes are super fast, they do an inspection, ensuring my safety and my vehicle’s needs. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable! They have never tried to ‘up sell’! So glad they’re close to home!

Highly recommend! Just moved to Ft. Mill and had Shell Rapid Lube recommended to me. Fast service with very reasonable prices. Jim made sure to chat with everyone who came in which definitely showed his dedication to excellent service with not only vehicles but customers as well. I won't be taking my Jeep anywhere else.
