Dr. Bickett is great. Good care, reasonable pricing with options depending on your input.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also very understanding of dogs that get too excited around people and pooooop everywhere.
I have had 3 cats groomed there. The staff are friendly and the groomer did a very nice job on all 3 of the cats. I didn’t have to wait very long to get appointments which was very convenient
I have a bunch of felines over the years and Dr. Shell and his staff do an excellent job.
RecommendedThey all are so caring and loving towards your pets Ian loves going out there. Ian was very sick last week I called them they said bring him out right away they took him back the minute we got there reassured us Ian would fine Dr She’ll called us to give us his diagnoses Ian is okay thank god
The service and care is just great at Shell Animal Clinic. I was also impressed with the fact that all those who work there seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and really care about the animals they take care of!
We woke up to our dog moaning in pain around 6 am 11/16/17, severely bloated and couldn't stand up. So we rushed her over to Shell Animal Clinic. Dr. Shell said without even looking at her that she had inversion and he couldn't do anything for her and if we wanted her to live that we had better get her to Purdue University. Our dog died in less than an hour. He didn't even try to help her. I will never take any animal to the Shell Animal Clinic ever again and I would advise others the same.
