I pulled my vehicle into the establishment with broken tie-rod. I waited for the place to open and get started. You have to scan a bar-code. I have a mechanic look it over. The state inspector told me he couldn't help me as my vehicle was over 10000 pounds. I told him he was incorrect. He said he knows. I told him my curb weight is under 6k and the sticker on the door says GVWR says 8800. He could care less, so I drove away with a broken tie-rod. If you can't help me, then you won't ever see me again.
I left my car here for several days and spent over a thousand dollars on parts I didn’t even need. They installed the wrong fuse, which caused my AC to blow hot air. When it turned out that all they had to do was switch it to the correct fuse, it was a simple and quick fix. Please don't take your car they are the worst had my car for 2 weeks now my AC not working stay away bad customer service please stay away the guy run the shop is terrible
