I will never take another car to this Shell station for service or a safety inspection. The inspector looks for any reason to fail the vehicle. They were fair and honest in the past. Unfortunately, not any more. Customers beware!
I bought a stale blunt from this location and just dealt with it. It is what it is. 🤷
Be extremely careful going to this gas station especially for repair. They have 0 sympathy and will overcharge to the full extent possible. I was charged 170 dollars to replace 3 lug nuts. 20 for the lugnuts and a whooping 150 dollars to use their impact wrench on 3 nuts. How can you with a decent conscious charge 1 or 2 hours of labor for a job that takes under 5 minutes that is paramount to the life of the driver. They will probably charge you 150 for a tail light. Disgusting. Will never go to this place again.
Horrible service at the repair shop. Sat waiting for over an hour and was told to continue to wait as they took other cars before mine.
