Very nice people
Delayed responses and the local AAA mechanic said there were several issues with the car and subsequently Shelby denied it. A couple days later they discovered the issue themselves and then it took 2 weeks longer to actually fix the leak, versus the 1 day time limit they quoted.
Not a great experience. Asked to test drive truck. First thing, truck was filthy inside. I asked, if the truck has been here 30+ days you couldn’t even detail it? The sales guys says , “detail is a bad word, we clean”. Well obviously you didn’t clean this one. Secondly, I asked to drive truck on highway. His response was “ we don’t do that, just around block”.”it is what it is” Really? Guess that’s why the gas tank light was on and no fuel. Went In told them I wanted to finance and they added another 3k onto the asking price
Check engine light was on when i test drove the truck. Tailgate was off an rusted away Passenger door window and lock didnt work. Offered him $5500 and he didnt budge. Salesman was very unprofessional came out with a cigarette in his mouth. All around waste of time
They were accommodating. The vehicle has high miles on it so Shelby changed a few things for my husband and I. Will definitely buy again from here.
